Dr. Nirupa Lakshmi Advisor

Currently working in Noida, she actively works for underprivileged children.

Dr. Nirupa Lakshmi is currently working with Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology, Greater Noida, affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) as Associate Professor & Head, Department of Management Studies. She is having more than 18 years of teaching experience in the area of Personality Development, Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. A national scholarship recipient at her graduation level with sound academic background obtained her B. A. (Hons, Psychology)with distinction marks, M. A. (Psychology), M.Ed., M. Phill, MBA (IGNOU) and also awarded Ph. D degree in Psychology in the year 2000. She has more than 20 years of rich experience in Psychotherapy and counselling. Worked on Assertiveness Training Programme and also authored a book on ‘Personality & Assertive Behaviour’. Published over more than 20 research papers in National and International journals of repute. Chaired various National and International seminars and conferences. Life Member of ‘Association for Promotion of Creative Learning’, Patna, Bihar and Advisory Board member, Carolina Kidz- Psychology, Education, Ghaziabad.

She has been engaged in educating underprivileged children since a very long and also creating awareness on health and hygiene.
